Born and raised on Prince Edward Island, I have always been working.  From an early age at my family’s tourism operation, never without a job, I attribute my strong work ethic to my parents.  Hard workers both in the summer months at the motel, and all year round, farming on land my Great-Great-Grandparents settled some 180 years ago.  My roots run deep on PEI, but there has always been the yearning to travel; to see, experience and do more. 

Travelling extensively through Europe, North Africa, Western USA, and the Caribbean; an education I couldn’t have gotten without the travel.  A greater respect of other people and cultures emerged.  Patience, understanding, and a truer knowledge of self came out of it as well.  Discovery found in moments of terror, excitement and joy!

My education has taken me off-island and back again.  Studying Professional Organizing in Ontario, Management and Psychology at UPEI, and training on island and online, receiving my Coaching Certification and the Advanced Level in an energy method I utilize in my practise.  I have also spent the last 9 years working and serving the Greater Charlottetown Area and parts of PEI as an Interior Decorator and Project Manager.  Even in the design industry I worked with clients to set and achieve goals, everything from small home renovations or to a beautiful 5-star Resort.    

As a coach I am not immune to challenges.  Over my life time, I believe that my experiences have prepared me to be a better coach.  I have been depressed, filled with fear, stuck in a rut, unable to speak publicly, with no confidence, low self esteem, and a victim mentality.  Among these times, I have had wonderful people and situations enter my life, from which I have gained a great deal.  This has brought me to a place where I can share my knowledge and experience to serve you best!

I have a great passion to serve others in this way and truly believe in energy coaching.  It has changed my life and continues to change the lives of others every day.  Energy coaching has given me the confidence and clarity to face challenges.  Life is now more exciting for me.  I love life more passionately.  My relationships have improved immensely.  I can speak confidently in public, and I am more optimistic about the future as a whole – I see changes for the better.  I am living life inspired.
